    Would like to congratulate first hand on those getting promoted… on the other hand, for those who did not make it, its not u r incapable but quota has been filled, till then, enrollment day is d next target for u ppl to impress the officers council…. muahaha… NCO’s, pls note that there will be a meeting on the 3rd of March, the new council shall be formed during this meeting…
