    Hmmnnn… i guess everybody started to settle down and able to have a good rest after a long period of tense and hardwork all the way to Pesta.. training.. shouting.. disappointments.. exciting.. bad times.. good times.. what can i say more.. arHhh.. such a moment..

    We’ll 4 months back.. [i think is more than that] the drill team have been training hours non-stop repeating the same sequence again n again n again n again n again keep improving keep moving rolling striking for perfection for I’ve promised myself that I would give my very best to bring out the best in each of the boys in the drill squad. Shouting.. screwing.. training.. lecturing.. motivating.. encouraging.. i don’t know what can I do more other than keep doing them again n again n again n again.

    One thing.. I really got to thank Hauwei such a good instructor and buddy of mine together training this bunch of guys.. exchanging opinions n thoughts trying to figure out.. how to bring them to the top.. hahah thanks bro.. still remember some boys last minute fall sick then our commander have this throat stuff n like that.. luckily you are there take caring them and giving them medicine all this stuff.. I’m totally noob n blur in that things.. thanks hauwei the drill instructor cum medic officer.. a job well done..

    Well we don’t know where r we heading to.. how far can we reach.. how good r we.. thus we’ll keep training training n training.. and guess what.. we’ve emerged as the 4th runner up for the Pesta 06′ Drill Competition.. before that we were aiming for the top 3 spot.. but.. things came out in that way.. we just gona accept it n move forward.. that’s life.. there’s no lookin back.. and one thing for sure FirstKlang is going to grow stronger every week.. every year.. and shakes the ground.. hahah ppl r looking at you man… be proud be humble n keep rolling..

    As we strike for perfection let us remind ourselves that somestimes there’ll be obstacles blocking our way.. that’s life right.. life = challenge.. in our case we have a few obstacles at the very last minute.. for example.. cheekeat’s pants koyak.. then joel pants pulak koyak.. and then suddenly sharmraaj boots buaya.. problems all around.. "So what.. it’s jus another thing.. no problem at all" hahah thanks to Uncle Gun going all the way down to Klg picked up cheekeat’s pants.. buying medicines during the nights.. n thanks to all officers helping in n out in things that we don’t know n little things that they are so important to make this Pesta a success.

    Boys.. you have been training with us for months.. n we always stress the importance of TEAMWORK. I need not type here.. you know how TEAM works.. No One Of Us Is More Important Than The Rest Of Us… Still remember this guy came to me telling, "Hey why r you so happy seeing us getting the trophies.. kesian la its not happening in your time [when i was young] haih". Well it doesn’t matter.. so as long FirstKlang achieve it. As simple as that. One Team One Vision. Always n only 100% nothing more and nothing less than that.

That’s the little things in Pesta n me.. What about you?
